How to request a quote
Fill out the request a quote form with your project details: location, unit type, rental length and setup date. We reply fast. If you need a standard porta potty rental for a job site or a roll-off dumpster rental for debris, give us the address and we'll confirm availability and pricing. For septic pumping service, tell us the tank size and last pump date if you have it. A residential septic tank is typically pumped every 3 to 5 years, driven by tank size and household size. Emergency calls go straight through.
Service hours and response times
We take calls during business hours and same-day requests when inventory allows. Rush delivery and weekend service cost more than regular week rates. A porta potty placement takes 30 minutes on a flat site with 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck for roll-off dumpsters. If your Cleveland location is tight, we'll work with what you have. ADA accessible units need a 60 inch diameter turning circle per ADA Standards section 304.3.1, so let us know early if that's required. Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery get a service charge.
Payment and billing
We invoice after delivery. Most jobs run weekly, monthly or for a fixed event date. Handwashing station rental often pairs with portable toilets on construction sites, since OSHA 1926.51(a)(1) requires an adequate supply of potable water in all places of employment. Payment terms are net 30 for established accounts. We take cards, checks and ACH. Late fees apply after 30 days.
What if I need something delivered this weekend?
Weekend and holiday rates are higher. Call to ask about emergency porta potty rental and we'll quote a weekend price. Same units, faster response.
Do you deliver to job sites outside Cleveland?
Yes. We cover Shaker Heights 7.9 miles east, Parma 10.4 miles south, Strongsville 18.4 miles southwest and other suburbs. Delivery charges increase with distance. Call with your address and we'll quote it.
How many toilets do I need on a construction site?

What's the difference between a standard unit and a deluxe one?
A standard porta potty rental is about 44 by 48 inches on the ground and 92 inches tall with a 60 to 70 gallon tank. A deluxe flushable porta potty has running water, a flush valve and a hand sink. Both get serviced weekly under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 baseline standards. Deluxe costs more because it needs extra chemical and maintenance.
Can you help with grease traps and holding tanks?
Yes. We do grease trap pumping for restaurants and food trucks, and holding tank rental for temporary jobs. A grease interceptor is pumped when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. Call with your setup and we'll explain what you need.
