How We Started
Cleveland Porta Pros began as a single-truck operation in 2008. The founder spent fifteen years in construction before he realized the portable sanitation business was broken. Dispatchers didn't return calls. Units showed up dirty. Invoices didn't match what customers were quoted. He decided to fix it by doing the opposite: answer every call the same day, service every unit before it goes out, and quote a price that sticks. That ethos hasn't changed. We're still a Cleveland company. We still own every truck we run. When you call, you reach someone who knows your job because they've done similar work themselves.
Our portable toilet rental fleet covers everything from a standard unit with a 60 to 70 gallon holding tank to luxury restroom trailers. We handle construction site services where OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) requires toilet facilities for every 20 workers or fewer. We also cover event restroom rental for festivals, weddings and marathons that need reliable facilities under deadline pressure.
What We Service
Cleveland Porta Pros rents standard portable toilets, deluxe flushable units and ADA accessible portable toilets that meet ADA Standards section 213.2 for clustered single-user units. Our restroom trailer rental options include 2-stall, 4-stall and 8-stall models for projects that need full amenities on site. We stock roll-off dumpsters in 10, 20, 30 and 40 yard sizes and we pump septic tanks on a residential schedule of every 3 to 5 years depending on tank size and household size.
We also rent storage containers for contractors who need secure space between jobs, temporary fencing for crowd control and site security, and handwashing stations that meet 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) with soap and towel dispensers. For construction jobs that apply paints, coatings or herbicides, we can supply washing facilities that satisfy OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requirements.

Our Service Area
We operate throughout Cleveland and nearby communities. Our service territory extends to Cleveland Heights (7.8 miles east), Lakewood (7.9 miles west), Shaker Heights and Garfield Heights. We also cover Parma (10.4 miles south) and Euclid for regular maintenance and emergency calls. Rush jobs need advance notice but we treat them seriously. Most customers in Cleveland get their first delivery within 48 hours.
How do I get a quote?
Call or email and describe your job: the unit type, the rental duration, the site address and the date you need delivery. We'll confirm whether our service area covers your location and send a quote by phone or email the same day.
Can you handle weekend deliveries?
Yes. Weekend delivery costs more than weekday because it requires scheduling outside our standard route. We book weekend slots in order received, so call ahead during the week if you need Saturday or Sunday service.
What if my project changes dates?
Most rental agreements let you adjust the end date with 48 hours notice. Extensions cost the daily rate pro-rated. If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as you can and we'll credit the unused portion minus the service fee.
Do you service portable toilets during the rental?
Yes. Standard service includes one visit per week for up to 10 users over a 40 hour work week, per ANSI/PSAI Z4.3. Extra services or high-traffic events cost more.
What's included in septic tank pumping?
We pump the tank, haul the waste, and inspect the system for damage. We can spot early signs of trouble that save expensive repairs later.
